Job summary

Stratum Networks is seeking a System Engineer - Level 2 to lead the ServiceNow team, gather requirements, develop workflows, and drive integrations for a DoD/IC client in the Annapolis Junction area. Active TS/SCI with polygraph is mandatory.

Fourteen years of SE experience and DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification are required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent substitution applies. Competitive salary and extensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Stratum Networks is a rapidly growing information assurance and cybersecurity solutions company that provides high-end network and security consulting to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate Service Now Developer who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.

Job Description

• Gather and document requirements/specifications from teams
• Create custom workflows
• Build service requests to meet requirements
• Generate views and reports as needed
• Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow orchestration
• Perform system integration and 508 compliance testing
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application
• Assess existing ServiceNow usage and recommend forward evolution to maximize efficiencies

Required Skills

• Development experience using Javascript or other high level languages
• Familiarity with web based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS)

Qualifications

Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP)
