Job summary

Stratum Networks is seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to support a DoD/IC client in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role demands TS/SCI with polygraph, with responsibilities including monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuring enclave networks and related systems.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP)

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and/or evaluates hardware, software and other network related problems.
• Provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the enclave networks and systems.
• Performs general LAN/CAN/WAN administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Schedules, coordinates and executes firmware upgrades and hardware migrations.
• Coordinates with all responsible users and external orgs to resolve network or system incidents.
• Familiarity with the AWS cloud environment, in particular EC2 and VPC.
• Familiarity with configuring DNS BIND.
• Familiarity with running common commands in Linux OS.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation, particularly Ansible, is a plus.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Service Now Developer who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

Salary: $119k - $247k depending on experience and contract.
