Job summary

Stratum Networks is seeking a talented Service Now Developer to support one of our DoD/IC clients in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. The role offers the chance to design architecture and build enterprise‑level web services in both cloud and on‑prem environments.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Certifications: DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams and mentor junior developers.

Looking for an innovative, and motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking development team creating enterprise level web base services. This team designs, creates, maintains, and troubleshoots multiple web-based applications that are deployed in both cloud and local on-premise environments.

Salary: $119k - $247k depending on experience and contract.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II (CAP or CASP+ CE or CISM or CISSP (or Associate) or GSLC or CCISO or HCISPP)
