Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site physical tasks such as powering servers on/off, replacing parts.
• Assist remote teams by acting as their physical presence for guided troubleshooting in case requested.
• Provide basic visual inspections on hardware, cabling, rack status, and environmental indicators (LEDs, alarms).
• Support vendor technicians and escort them within the DC when required.
• Log incidents and service requests raised for DC activities as per procedure.

Experience: 1-3 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skill and relevant experience.
