Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a System Engineer - Intune AD Admin in Chicago, IL for an initial 12-month engagement with potential extension. The role covers administering Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager, plus deploying apps, managing endpoints, and supporting MS 365 services.

You will troubleshoot devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and provide escalation support. Strong PowerShell scripting and documentation skills are required.

Job Description

Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Build, package, and deploy applications through Intune Endpoint Manager.

Manage and support enterprise laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.

Handle complex endpoint-related incidents and act as an escalation point for technical support requests.

Administer Azure services and manage the Azure Admin Portal.

Develop support methodologies, escalation procedures, and service improvement processes.

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Apple, Android, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Support Microsoft Teams, Teams Premium, Outlook, and other M365 applications.

Manage endpoint security, patching, and software installation activities.

Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative and support tasks.

Monitor support KPIs, prepare reports, and identify recurring technical issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.

Train, coach, and mentor support staff while coordinating support activities.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving Ethernet, Wi-Fi, printers, and other peripherals.

Work with internal and external customers to ensure effective IT support and service delivery.
