Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks a System Engineer - Intune AD Admin to manage and optimize endpoint services in Chicago. You will administer Intune, Entra ID, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager, build and deploy apps, and support a fleet of laptops and mobile devices.

You will troubleshoot diverse environments, support Teams and Outlook, and automate tasks with PowerShell. This role emphasizes security, incident escalation, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Endpoint Manager.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS/Android endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Develop support methodologies, escalation procedures, and service improvement processes.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Apple, Android, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Manage endpoint security, patching, and software installation activities.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative and support tasks.
• Monitor support KPIs, prepare reports, and identify recurring technical issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Train, coach, and mentor support staff while coordinating support activities.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving Ethernet, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals.
