Job summary

BTS Software Solutions in Laurel, MD seeks a System Engineer II with an active TS/SCI w/ POLY to join our defense-focused team. You will lead requirements analysis, architecture development, and integration efforts across DoDAF/SOA frameworks, delivering system design documentation and technical plans.

The role demands senior SE experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with government and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of SE experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related field is required.
• Active TS/SCI w/ POLY clearance is required.
• Ability to develop and review SE documentation and plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation.
• Coordinate interfaces and risk assessment across teams throughout the lifecycle.
