Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services seeks skilled Technical Support Engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise through our help desk. You’ll resolve issues across Windows, server, and network environments while adhering to MTZ standards.

You’ll collaborate with the PODS team, handle tickets from chat, phone, and email, and pursue relevant certifications. This role operates in a hybrid model with some in-office days for those near GadellNet offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a System Engineer or related MSP/IT role.
• Strong experience with Windows desktop and server environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AD, Exchange, and related services.
• Experience with networking equipment and VPNs.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade client infrastructure and services.
• Provide advanced technical support via phone, chat, and email.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Manage and update internal documentation and knowledge base.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to MTZ objectives.
