Job summary

International sensor company is seeking a System Engineer to diagnose, guide, and resolve IT issues, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. The role combines hands-on system administration with release coordination and security monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in system engineering, strong Windows Server/Client expertise, and experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, plus fluent English. Hybrid work includes one mandatory office day per week in Bielsko‑Biała.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments.
• Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting; Python is a plus.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) including VM management.
• Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring).
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes;
• Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices;
• Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments;
• Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection and compliance monitoring.

Our requirements
