IntelliGenesis LLC® is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across all life cycle phases for complex government programs. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and U.S.

• Facilitate Solution Train PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Assist in managing Solomon Train backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate pre- and post-PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between PMOs and technical teams across ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs.
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies.
• Support risk analysis at the solutions level.
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination.
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings.
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshop at solution level.
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow.

Job Description: Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting PAC programs
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio
• Aid in the management of Solomon Train backlog and roadmap
• Facilitate pre and post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination
• Bridge between multiple PMOs and technical teams executing under different ARTs
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience
• Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience
• A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience

Compensation Range: $168,000 - 178,000

Compensation ranges encompass a total compensation package and are a general guideline only and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate's scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and alignment with local market data.
