Job summary

IntelliGenesis seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer who will apply systems engineering across all lifecycle phases—Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. You will interface with government stakeholders and ensure technical integrity of deliverables within a multi-ART, cross-team environment.

Responsibilities include PI Planning facilitation across multiple ARTs, coordinating HPC system dependencies, risk management, and keeping PMOs aligned with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline with ten (10) years of SE experience.
• Master’s degree in a qualified field with eight (8) years of SE experience.
• PhD in a qualified field with eight (8) years of SE experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning across multiple ARTs.
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs on HPC systems and mission apps.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Aid in management of Solomon Train backlog and roadmap.
• Facilitate pre/post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support Configuration Control Board activities and cross-discipline coordination.
• Bridge between PMOs and technical teams across ARTs.
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across ARTs.
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies.
• Support risk analysis at the solutions level.
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination.
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings.
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshops at solution level.
• Track Solution Train Metrics and flow.

Job Description:

Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

• Facilitate Solution Train-level PI Planning events across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting PAC programs
• Coordinate dependencies between ARTs working on HPC systems and mission applications
• Drive alignment between technical teams and stakeholders across the portfolio
• Aid in the management of Solomon Train backlog and roadmap
• Facilitate pre and post PI Planning meetings with key stakeholders
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities and cross-discipline coordination
• Bridge between multiple PMOs and technical teams executing under different ARTs
• Identify and manage solution-level risks across multiple ARTs
• Track and resolve cross-ART dependencies
• Support risk analysis activities at the solutions level
• Facilitate Solution Demo coordination
• Run Solutions Train Sync Meetings
• Coordinate Inspect & Adapt workshop at solution level

Required Qualifications:

Compensation Range:

$168,000 - 178,000
