Job summary

Ladders is seeking a System Engineer to join a leader in the Media space. This role focuses on designing and supporting resilient enterprise systems that enable customer-facing services in a media environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and stakeholder teams to shape scalable technical solutions, evaluate hardware and software choices, and ensure platform reliability. Remote role for US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft server products and services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure and resilient enterprise-level systems and tools.
• Architect and build scalable system components to support new customer services.
• Make hardware and software design decisions based on customer priorities.
• Develop prototypes and deployment strategies in collaboration with teams.
• Function as a subject matter expert for OS platform service offerings.
• Handle training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Present solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.

For our client, we are seeking a System Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will focus on designing and supporting resilient enterprise systems that enable customer-facing services in a media environment. You will collaborate closely with engineering and stakeholder teams to shape scalable technical solutions, evaluate hardware and software choices, and ensure platform reliability. The position also requires serving as a subject matter expert, providing documentation, training, and clear recommendations that support delivery and operational excellence.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable system components to support new customer services
