Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide tier-3 support for gaming and hotel operations. You will manage, configure and troubleshoot Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto hardware; support Microsoft and Linux systems; review security logs and patch levels; and work with vendors to resolve production issues.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in IT within a gaming environment, a four-year degree or equivalent experience, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Three (3) years Information Technology gaming experience.
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent additional experiences.
• Experience with Dell Blade Servers, Active Directory & Exchange, and VMware.
• Experience with Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto hardware.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto hardware.

• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto hardware.
• Install, support, upgrade and configure Microsoft and Linux Operating systems.
• Review Security logs and patch levels.
• Manage firewall and internet web access.
• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Wi-FI networks.
• Update applicable Software and Hardware with latest security patches
• Physically install and configure sever and network hardware.
• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange, VMware and Ironport.
• Be the final tier of support for the TI Information Technology department.
• Work with vendors to resolve production issues.
• Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years Information Technology gaming experience
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent additional experiences
• Experience in a majority of the following:
• Dell Blade Servers
• Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange
• VMWare
