Job summary

Talentify is seeking a skilled IT professional to support and secure our server and network infrastructure in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes managing hardware from Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto, implementing OS installations for Windows and Linux, and reviewing security logs for patching needs.

The candidate will troubleshoot firewall and Wi‑Fi networks, update systems with security patches, and serve as the final IT support tier for the TI department.

Qualifications

• Three years Information Technology experience required.
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco networking and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto hardware.
• Install, support, upgrade and configure Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Review security logs and patch levels.
• Manage firewall and internet web access.
• Manage Wi‑Fi networks and wireless security.
• Update software and hardware with latest security patches.
• Physically install and configure server and network hardware.
• Be the final tier of support for the TI Information Technology department.
• Work with vendors to resolve production issues.
• Perform duties necessary for department success.

• Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years Information Technology gaming experience
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent additional experiences
