Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas seeks an IT professional to manage, configure and troubleshoot enterprise hardware and systems within a gaming environment.

You will install and support Windows and Linux OS, review security logs, manage AD/Exchange, VMware and related security tooling, and coordinate with vendors to resolve production issues while ensuring uptime.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years Information Technology gaming experience.
• Four (4) year degree or equivalent additional experiences.
• Experience with Dell Blade Servers.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange.
• Experience with VMware.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Dell, NetApp, Cisco and Palo Alto hardware.
• Install, support, upgrade and configure Microsoft and Linux Operating systems.
• Review Security logs and patch levels.
• Manage firewall and internet web access.
• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Wi-FI networks.
• Update applicable Software and Hardware with latest security patches.
• Physically install and configure server and network hardware.
• Manage, configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, Exchange, VMware and Ironport.
• Be the final tier of support for the TI Information Technology department.
• Work with vendors to resolve production issues.
• Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
