Job summary

Field Engineers – Landover, MD

Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
• Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Act as local on-site representative to customers’ organization.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel required – with the possibility of hazardous duty locations.

Basic Qualifications

• HS diploma with 6+ years of related experience in the field of electronics, computer/network hardware.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security+ certification.
• A+ certification.
• Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and VTC equipment.
• Familiarity with KG-175 or base communications tech controls.
