Job summary
Union Health in Terre Haute, IN seeks a System Director-Ambulatory Care to lead ambulatory pharmacy operations across Union Hospital and Union Medical Group. Qualifications
- Pharmacist licensed in Indiana (active).
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred.
- 3–5 years ambulatory pharmacy experience preferred.
- 1–2 years of pharmacy leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with drug acquisition, distribution, contracting and 340B.
- Excellent command of English; flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ambulatory pharmacy practice across Union Hospital and Union Medical Group.
- Provide direct oversight of ambulatory services (clinical pharmacy, lobby pharmacy, specialty pharmacy).
- Manage 340B program and related purchasing, reporting and data submission.
- Ensure adherence to standards, measures and outcomes across the health system.
- Collaborate with informatics to oversee daily EHR usage and training.
