NVIDIA Corporation inSanta Clara is seeking a System Design Engineer for new grads to help develop GPU/Tegra based hardware across cards, MGX servers, and other products. You will collaborate with HW/SW teams to balance cost, performance and schedule, and lead test brings-up and validation. The role requires a fresh B.S.

or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, strong PCB design experience, and comfort with Linux and Windows environments, with opportunities to contribute to documentation and design

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with PCB design and review.
• Familiarity with lab tools including oscilloscopes, multimeters and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Build system hardware products around GPU & Tegra SoC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance cost, performance and schedule.
• Drive initial test and bringup, lead debugging efforts.
• Create schematics, supervise PCB layout and system validation.
• Document release requirements for manufacturers and partners.
• Optimize/invent circuits for performance and cost.
• Improve the design flow with the infrastructure team.
