Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and qualify eBeam metrology applications for overlay and CD.
• Lead customer demonstrations, evaluations, and production qualifications.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Systems, Software, Algorithms, Marketing, and Sales.
• Provide technical training and application expertise to customers and internal teams.
