Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking a Chief Nursing Executive to lead nursing services system-wide, with accountability across the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Coral Springs hospitals. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
• BSN required.
• Active RN licensure in Florida or multi-state compact.
• NE-BC/NEA-BC/CENP certification.
• 10+ years in healthcare management or administration.
• Pediatric acute care leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of nursing services across the health system.
• Provide executive leadership for nursing across multiple hospitals.
• Collaborate with COOs and medical leaders to ensure patient care excellence.
• Develop standardized nursing policies, staffing models, and care delivery.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and staff education programs.
• Represent nursing to the Board and external organizations.
