Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical dosimetry or related field.
• 5 years of clinical dosimetry experience required.
• 3 years of leadership experience in radiation oncology preferred.
• Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) required.
• Experience with IMRT, VMAT, SRS, SBRT preferred.
• Experience with Varian systems (Eclipse/ARIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for dosimetry services across Radiation Oncology sites.
• Oversee treatment planning quality, staffing, and workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians, physicists, therapists, and admins to standardize practices.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and treatment modalities across the health system.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards are met.
