Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Experience supporting higher education or public systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Open Meetings, Open Records, Title IX, Clery, FERPA, and ADA/504 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and operational support to the ENMU System.
• Assist with contract review and negotiation.
• Develop, interpret, and implement institutional policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Coordinate requests for legal review and facilitate communication between university administrators and outside General Counsel.
