Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience related to healthcare or corporate law.
• Must be licensed in good standing by the NM State Bar or other state.
• Experience with HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, FERPA, and EMTALA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel across UNM Health Sciences Center.
• Draft, review, and negotiate UNM contracts.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
