SJ Mobilita is seeking an experienced System Analyst / QA Manager to lead QA across a large-scale Medicaid systems environment. You will coordinate SIT, UAT, and E2E testing with business users, vendors, and SI teams, ensuring thorough test strategy, data preparation, and defect management.

The role emphasizes data integrity, traceability, and strategic QA leadership across MES, MMIS modules, and COTS apps, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience with large-scale Medicaid Member Eligibility Processing Software.
  • 10+ years coordinating SIT, UAT and E2E testing on large-scale projects.
  • 10+ years of Test Case Creation, Test Data Preparation and Test Case Execution.
  • 10+ years of Testing Metrics & Reporting experience.
  • 15+ years of excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • 10+ years of Executive/Management Reporting and Presentations.
  • 10+ years of Mainframe experience.
  • 10+ years of Data Analysis experience.
  • 10+ years of Meeting Facilitation experience.
  • 10+ years of knowledge of programming logic.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing activities.

SJ Mobilita is recruiting an experienced System Analyst / QA Manager for a client supporting a large-scale Medicaid systems implementation.

About the Role

The System Analyst / QA Manager will lead Quality Assurance activities and manage the complete testing lifecycle for a large-scale Medicaid systems environment.

The role will coordinate closely with business teams, external vendors, system integrators, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure effective SIT, UAT, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for test strategy, planning, execution, test data preparation, defect management, reporting, test readiness, and overall QA coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) Testing activities.
  • Support testing across Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), MMIS modules, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications.
  • Develop test scenarios, test cases and detailed test data.
  • Coordinate test execution with business users and technical teams.
  • Manage UAT activities and ensure adequate test coverage and traceability.
  • Lead defect triage meetings involving multiple vendors, systems and project teams.
  • Track defects through resolution and closure.
  • Validate data integrity across integrated systems.
  • Maintain historical UAT testing information and QA documentation.

  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Preferred Qualification
  • Experience with Teradata.
