Serving as a Systems Analyst II, being a caregiver begins in the office, where you assist with essential project development and support enterprise objectives. As part of the IT and Cybersecurity team, you will do more than expand your technical skills — your work will impact patients around the world. This role remains heavily finance-focused, centered on financial data, financial reporting, and Epic-based report development, helping teams stay connected, informed, and equipped with the tools and technologies that are transforming patient care.

A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

To be considered for this position, caregivers must reside in the Cleveland area and be able to work onsite quarterly at various locations, including West Creek and Main Campus.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Complete routine support activities and assigned project tasks.
• Provide input to develop solutions.
• Assist with project documentation, including operational and business objectives, technology capabilities, task-level resource requirements, task plans, and general communications.
• Complete departmental projects and provide ongoing application support.
• Assist with scope definition and task plan development.
• Provide input into resource requirement development.
• Support the development of information system requirements.
• Develop process flowcharts and report project status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position
• OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience
• OR a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification
• For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is preferred
• Epic certification within six months
• Epic Reporting experience
• Exposure to Epic Builds
• Comfortable working with financial datasets and financial concepts
• Financial literacy/financial data experience
• Technical degree background
• Healthcare data experience in RCM

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50
