A technology solutions organization is looking for a Business Systems Analyst focused on conducting analysis of business and system requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and involves executing data cleanup, performing crew changes, and supporting ADMS transition documentation. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of systems development experience and are client-focused, articulating technology impacts on business value. The position is remote but candidates must be local for occasional onsite requirements.
Remote - candidates must be local to SCE in case onsite is required
Contract
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Demonstrated ability and experience in conducting analysis of business requirements, system requirements, system design, and system test plans.
Typically possesses zero to three years’ experience performing systems development activities. Possesses knowledge of the development and support of client server applications.
Demonstrated ability to model, analyze, design, test implement, and maintain moderately complex applications.
Candidate must be client-focused with the ability to articulate the impact of technology to the business value.
Knowledge of data management required.
Under direct supervision, assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts. Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. (include SCE and specific application/system required)
