Job description

We are seeking a Content Management Systems Analyst to test business systems and development changes, acting as a liaison between business units to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for process, policy, and system changes. This role includes writing guidelines on system usage, creating custom reports, and manipulating data. You will support content management solutions, develop electronic workflows to automate processes, and interact with vendors and internal teams. Additionally, you'll maintain system infrastructure for high availability.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define the objectives and scope of business systems, and administer and configure business systems related to Content Management.
• Research, configure, modify and implement enterprise business system software and manage software version releases. Responsible for collaborating with ITS staff, management and business stakeholders as requested, needed, and/or directed.
• Analyze application technologies to meet business needs.
• Document requirements, scope, and objectives to align with business strategies.
• Identify and resolve software issues through client consultation and process evaluation.
• Create mock-up solutions for recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and PMO on projects.
• Validate results through program testing.
• Provide technical support for COTS software configuration and implementation.

Required Experience:

• Three or more years of SharePoint administration.
• Experience with PowerApps and PowerFlow.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Administration.
• Experience working with Windows server and desktop operating systems.
• Experience administering Content Management systems such as DocuWare and/or OnBase; including user interface development, database administration, workflow development, and application integrations.
