Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering:

• Collaboratewithstakeholderstounderstandbusinessobjectivesandgathersystem requirements.
• Conductthoroughanalysisofexistingsystemsandprocessestoidentifyareasfor improvement and consolidation.

2.SystemDesignand Planning:

• Designandproposeefficientandeffectivesystemsolutionstomeetbusiness needs.
• Developsystemspecificationsanddocumentationtoguidethedevelopmentand implementation process.

3. Collaboration with Development Teams:

• Workcloselywithbothinternalandexternalteamstoimplementsystem enhancements.
• Provideguidanceonsystemarchitecture,functionality,anduser experience.
• Collaboratewithqualityassuranceteamstoidentifyandaddressanyissuesinthe development process.

5. System Configuration, Implementation, and Integration:

• Assistwiththeconfigurationandimplementationofnewsystemsandtheintegrationof existing systems.
• Ensureseamlesstransitionandminimaldisruptiontobusinessoperationsduringsystem upgrades.
• Analyzedatatoidentifytrends,patterns,andopportunitiesforsystem optimization.
• Providetechnicalsupporttoend-users,addressinghardwareandsoftwareissueseither in person or remote.

8. Documentation:

• Maintaindetaileddocumentationofsystemspecifications,configurations,and processes.
• Keepdocumentationup-to-datewithchangestotheIT environment.

Collaboratewithotherdepartmentsoncross-functionalprojectsthatrequireIT expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,orarelated field.
• ProvenexperienceasaSystemAnalystorsimilar role.
