Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT/system administration if no degree.
• Experience with Windows OS and Windows Server; CCNA/ MSCE a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide system level support for multi-user OS and hardware/software.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
• Manage user access, security, and connectivity; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain inventories and licensing; document problems and resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
