RMC is hiring for a System Administrator who will provide support to an RDT&E environment. The selected applicant will manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of Windows workstations and servers and perform hardware and software installations.

The selected applicant will possess the following:

• Support virtual and physical workstation and server configurations
• Perform general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment
• Provide Windows 10 workstation and Server 2019 administration
• Support the virtualization of Windows and Linux systems
• Provide ACAS/Nessus vulnerability and scanning support
• Support the maintenance and administration of Microsoft Active Directory
• Monitoring performance including disk space, utilization, capacity, and availability
• Support ISSOs in implementing and supporting cybersecurity standards, including NIST and RMF C&A Standards, and project reporting requirements
• Create and maintain Active Directory user accounts and install hardware/software
• Perform system backup and recovery
• Perform PKI maintenance for DoD systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments

Minimum Requirements:

• A high school diploma and three to ten (3-10) years of related infrastructure, operating systems, and system administration experience

Certification Requirement:

• The selected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)

Clearance Requirement:

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start. The applicant may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
