Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a ClaimsXM System Administrator III to design and manage environment and system documentation, automate tasks, and lead domain infrastructure. The role involves Azure Gov Cloud VM creation, Windows server duties, and maintaining regulatory compliance with STIG/DOD and NIST controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Windows administration, Office 365, and firewall management, plus certifications. A security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Total IT experience of 10+ years if no degree.
• 5+ years Windows System Administration and Office 365 administration.
• Microsoft or industry certifications.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and DNS/DHCP.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Windows server administration including patching, AD, GPOs, DNS.
• Ensure compliance with STIG/DOD, NIST 800-53 and 800-171.
• Create and maintain environment/system documentation and specs.
• Serve as SME for system administration and perform backups, DR, and vulnerability scans.
• Develop automated functions, reports, or extracts for audits and compliance.
• Support Containerization initiatives (Kubernetes, Docker) and SDLC components.
• Communicate planned solutions, impacts, and timelines across teams.
• Obtain and maintain required security clearance.

In the role of ClaimsXM System Administrator III, you'll be responsible for creating VMs in Azure Gov Cloud, and domain infrastructure administration

About The Position

• Windows server administration duties including but not limited to patching, AD, Group Policies, DNS
• Security must be followed by Government STIG/DOD standards.
• NIST 800-53 and NIST 800-171 compliance must be followed.
• Follow, maintain, assist in creation, of policy controls for regulatory compliance for audit and Industry Certifications.
• Create and maintain environment/system documentation and technical specs.
• Serve as subject matter expert for all system administration.
• Perform system administration tasks such as backups, restores, maintenance plans, Vulnerability scans and patching, Disaster Recovery planning/execution/testing, and integrity checks of the various items listed.
• Independently analyze issues or opportunities. Develop recommendations and solutions based on findings and business needs. Communicate to Business and Technical team planned solutions, impacts, and timelines.
• Perform analysis of current and future environments for more efficient and cost savings solutions.
• Support key technology initiatives with Containerization technologies.
• Support key components of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Create automated functions, reports, or extracts to satisfy system audits and compliance of regulatory requirements in support of core system and ancillary applications.
• Provide support to staff and team members.
• If no degree a total of 10 years' experience in IT
• 5 years + Experience with Windows System Administration, Office 365 administration, Palo Alto firewalls
• Microsoft or industry certifications
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, configurations, facilitating seamless communication and network stability
• Troubleshooting excellence is a must.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to function in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• All Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.

Preferred Requirements:

• 3 years + Experience with Containerization technologies, Kubernetes, Docker
• FedRAMP experience is a plus.
• Python Automation
• Linux Administration (Debian and Fedora based distros)
• Azure and Citrix knowledge is a plus.
