Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a ClaimsXM Security Administrator I to oversee user security and troubleshoot access issues.

You will provision and configure security for new hires and terminations, and work across teams to ensure proper access controls. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical security or 5+ years if no degree, with strong knowledge of Active Directory and SQL Server permissions, plus familiarity with Facets security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with three years in technical security preferred
• If no degree, a minimum of five years in technical security required
• Knowledgeable of MS Active Directory administration
• MS SQL Server permissions and access knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of Cognizant/TriZetto Facets security structure
• Highly organized and responsible
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision
• Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who can multi-task

You are a person who is passionate about overseeing overall user security and troubleshooting access problems. We need someone who is highly organized with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. In the role of ClaimsXM Security Administrator I, you will be responsible for providing security solutions and provisioning and configuring user security within systems for new hires and terminations.

About The Position

Preferred Requirements

• Familiar with FedRamp policies a plus.
• Familiar with ATO policies a plus
• Knowledgeable with HIPAA guidelines.
• Working Knowledge of Facets (CXM) User, Group and Routing-Group Security is a plus.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.
• All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Compensation Range

$72,000 - $79,000/Annually
