The candidate must have active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, fifteen years of SA experience, and a Baccalaureate in a technical field, with DoD 8570 IAT Level I compliance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.

Job Description / Responsibilities

We are seeking a System Administrator who will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The role includes managing IT system infrastructure and related processes, day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution, and support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Support the dispatch system and hardware problem resolution, and stay involved in the resolution process. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Education Requirements

1. Fifteen years' experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
2. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
3. DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level I or higher is required.
