Find Great People | FGP is seeking a hands-on System Administrator II to join a collaborative IT team supporting a hybrid Microsoft and AWS infrastructure environment. The role focuses on building, administering, automating, and improving enterprise systems across cloud and on-premises environments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of infrastructure experience, strong Microsoft stack skills including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Hyper-V, plus experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure, systems administration, or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure technologies and AWS environments.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, administer, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, virtualization, and related services.
• Administer AWS infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and backups.
• Automate operational processes using PowerShell or Python.
• Administer SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational databases including backups and performance tuning.
• Support security, patching, monitoring, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and document procedures.
