Bright Horizons is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to oversee system support, performance, and availability across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role focuses on Windows Server, Linux, storage, backups, and FTP infrastructure with 24x7 responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science; 3+ years experience otherwise.
• 4+ years related IT experience.

Responsibilities

• System administration, security/audit, compliance, and maintenance.
• Windows/Linux/storage administration and maintenance.
• Maintain and support Rubrik backup infrastructure.
• Maintain and support MoveIT FTP infrastructure.
• Hardware support and maintenance (upgrades, patches).
• Support security initiatives and audits.
• Day-to-day system administration activities.
• Assist IT service desk with infrastructure issues; escalate as needed.
• Participate in technical project planning for corporate offices.
• Develop new procedures and future plans for infrastructure.
