Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX, Linux and Windows operating systems and related software.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Implement and manage patches, security controls, and system hardening per policy.
• Coordinate with ISSO and ISO on system changes within Change and Configuration Management.
