Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred (or five years of SA experience in lieu), DoD 8570 IAT Level II, and the ability to configure and operate IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is desired; five years of System Administrator experience may substitute.
• Ability to support the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, and daily operation of IT systems.
• DoD 8570 compliance with a minimum of IAT Level II is required.
• Ability to accommodate shift work as needed, including weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Assist with the daily configuration, operation, and administration of system environments.
• Provide technical assistance to users accessing and operating IT systems.
• Monitor systems and help identify, document, and resolve technical issues.
• Support routine system maintenance and operational activities.
• Work collaboratively with technical team members to maintain reliable system performance.
• Provide shift-based and weekend support as operational needs require.
