You will work with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable infrastructure, lead upgrades, participate in disaster recovery, and provide Level 2/3 support in test and production environments.

This role requires 5+ years in technical support for mission-critical apps and a commitment to 24x7 operations.

• Minimum 5 years in a technical support role for mission-critical applications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver expert technical support across all layers - from hardware to application - for our critical business systems.
• Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure.
• Implement software and OS upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 support, assess new applications, and lead installations in test and production environments.
• Contribute to a resilient, high-performing IT ecosystem that supports business continuity and growth.
