Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC seeks a skilled System Administrator III to join our team in a Colorado contractor site. The role focuses on implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems across servers, storage and networks, with emphasis on UNIX and Windows environments.

The candidate will handle Tier I and II support, monitor operations, assist users, and provide detailed analysis for escalated tickets. A strong background in Cisco networking and SOA concepts is required.

Qualifications

• 15 years' experience as a SA in programs/contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 5 years additional SA experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier I (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operation, monitoring and problem resolution for servers, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and install/load OS software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components.
• Provide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware applications and software integration.
• Support installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches in enterprise systems.
