Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for a contract role. You will own the lifecycle of GCP environments using Terraform, driving scalable, secure infrastructure, cost efficiency, and automated deployment.

This position emphasizes Terraform, IaC, CI/CD, and strong security governance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in DevOps/SRE, deep GCP mastery, Docker and GKE expertise, and hands-on experience with Atlantis is a plus.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and residency in the United States is required.
• 5+ years of DevOps, SRE, or cloud platform engineering experience.
• Deep GCP mastery across core services (Compute Engine, IAM, VPCs, Networking).
• Terraform in production-scale environments is essential.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GCP Cloud Build).
• Knowledge of zero-trust security, IAM governance, and cloud compliance.
• Proficiency with Docker and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

Job Summary

We are seeking an execution-focused Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert driving our cloud architecture, automated infrastructure delivery, and continuous deployment ecosystem. This person will own the lifecycle of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments using Terraform , ensuring our cloud operations are highly scalable, cost-optimized, secure, and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).


• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Write, maintain, and review modular, reusable IaC configurations using Terraform.


• CI/CD & Automation: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure deployment and application delivery workflows.


• Performance & Optimization: Collaborate with development and engineering teams to optimize cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency.


• Reliability & Incident Management: Monitor system reliability, troubleshoot infrastructure incidents, and maintain high availability across all services.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Citizenship & Location : Must be a U.S. citizen currently residing in the United States. This is a strict requirement due to government contract and security compliance obligations.


• Deep GCP Mastery: Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining production workloads across core GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, IAM, VPCs, Cloud Networking).


• Terraform Expertise: Demonstrated track record of managing infrastructure at scale using modular, production-ready Terraform.


• Senior-Level Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Platform Engineering.


• CI/CD Proficiency: Hands-on experience creating continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GCP Cloud Build).


• Highly Desirable Skills Atlantis Workflow Automation : Experience with or exposure to Atlantis for PR-driven Terraform automation and execution.


• Containers & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).


• Security Standards: Deep understanding of zero-trust security, IAM governance, and cloud compliance auditing.
