Job summary

(EDO) Entertainment Data Oracle, Inc. seeks a System Administrator to support mission‑critical enterprise apps across CMS portfolio. You will manage Windows/Linux, perform patching, hardening, and performance tuning, and collaborate on modernization efforts in on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

The role requires an active security clearance with polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT I, and 10+ years of relevant experience (or 15+ years without a degree). Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree AND 10 years of system administrator experience on similar programs (or 15 years without the degree).
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Bash scripting.
• Experience in system hardening and with ISSOs for compliance.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I compliance.
• Ability to work core hours 10 AM–2 PM Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for enterprise applications and services.
• Manage infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client systems, servers, storage, and network devices.
• Document operational procedures and system configurations.
• Support automation, DevOps practices, and cloud initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering to modernize infrastructure across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
