Job summary

(EDO) Entertainment Data Oracle, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead technical integration across a portfolio of applications.

You will coordinate with government leadership, product leads, and multiple delivery teams to ensure alignment with mission needs and production readiness. The role requires advanced systems engineering experience, TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 20 years of Systems Engineering experience required; 25 years can substitute for degree.
• Experience applying systems engineering across the lifecycle: requirements, design, integration, testing, and operations.
• Leadership across multiple applications or delivery teams with government stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross‑team issues.
• Experience reviewing requirements, designs, and documentation for quality and alignment.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements, documentation, reporting, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior systems engineering and technical integration lead across a portfolio of COTS and GOTS applications.
• Provide a consolidated technical and delivery perspective to the Government Product Lead and Freedom PMO.
• Develop understanding of mission, applications, technologies, architectures, interfaces, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑team activities, integration points, risks, dependencies, decisions, and sequencing requirements.
• Promote consistent engineering processes, standards, documentation, and delivery discipline across teams.
• Review requirements, approaches, designs, and plans to identify risks, gaps, and cross‑team impacts.
• Facilitate technical discussions among government leadership, product leads, and delivery teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into system‑level requirements and implementation guidance.
• Support portfolio planning, backlog prioritization, milestone readiness, and delivery risk management.
• Communicate technical issues and risks to Program Management when appropriate.
• Maintain depth to assess solution approaches and support technical decision‑making across lifecycle stages.
• Use Atlassian products to support requirements management, workflow, traceability, and reporting.
