Job summary

Akina, Inc. is seeking a Senior SA to support IT systems implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will manage IT system infrastructure, UNIX and Windows operating systems, and provide Tier 1/2 support to ensure operational continuity.

• Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.

Description

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

Salary Range

$156k-$190k (Annually)

The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possible contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
