Job summary

Iniscore Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced System/ISSA professional to support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems for high-demand environments.

The role requires a Ten-year SA background on complex contracts, DoD 8570 IAM I compliance, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Candidates with a technical degree or four extra SA years may meet the education requirement.

Qualifications

• Ten years of SA experience on programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM I is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is required.
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a total of fourteen years.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage IT system operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Communicate status of escalations to agency management and internal customers; support dispatch system and hardware issues.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs/loads OS software, troubleshoot, and enhance reliability and performance.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning.

• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
• Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Required Skills
