Job summary

Provisions Group in Manchester, NH is seeking a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our IT team and support a key infrastructure integration initiative. This role will help transition one of our subsidiaries from an MSP into our corporate IT environment, working alongside the central IT team as the on-site technical resource.

After migration, you will become the primary IT support for the office, handling day-to-day technical support while maintaining the local environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of IT support or system administration experience.
  • Working knowledge of AD, M365, and Windows Server.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote corporate IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as on-site technical resource during migration from MSP to corporate network.
  • Work with corporate IT to execute migration plans and resolve issues.
  • Migrate Microsoft and Linux-based systems into the parent company's infrastructure.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations, servers, user accounts, and network devices.
  • Document systems, procedures, and migration activities.
  • Provide end-user IT support after migration.
