Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to deliver hands-on Windows and Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, and application support. You will work with vendors, customers, and internal teams to implement changes, research solutions, and ensure secure, scalable environments.

The role emphasizes configuring systems, supporting COTS/SaaS applications, and documenting requirements, with a focus on cloud platforms and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience installing and configuring systems and application components in Windows and Linux environments.
• 5–7 years of experience gathering/documenting requirements, researching options, analyzing requirements/issues, and recommending solutions.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016 and later.
• Experience with RHEL 7.0 and above.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
• Knowledge of SSO technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, architecture, firewalls, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and application/server support.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing and configuring applications in Azure Cloud infrastructure, including proficiency in Azure services, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC).

Job Title : Senior Systems Administrator – Windows/Linux & Cloud

Position Overview

This role provides technical support and system administration for COTS applications supporting management and budget functions. The position combines Windows and Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, application support, monitoring, networking, security, and solution analysis. The role will work closely with vendors, customers, and technical teams to understand requirements, evaluate options, recommend solutions, and implement application and infrastructure changes.
