Job summary

Pro Resources is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Attica, IN to hire a System Administrator for direct hire. This first‑shift role supports daily operations with hands‑on IT duties and a solid benefits package.

You’ll install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, support networks and servers, manage security controls, and collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure projects to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in computing.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Experience with networks, servers, and end-user support.
• Knowledge of network security, virtualization, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Pro Resources is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Attica, IN to hire a System Administrator. This direct hire opportunity offers first shift hours, a strong benefits package, and a hands‑on role supporting the technology that keeps daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
• Administer and support local and wide area networks, wireless networks, and server environments, including virtualization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and resolve network and desktop issues.
• Support workstations, access points, cameras, and mobile devices.
• Respond to help desk requests and assist with equipment moves, additions, and changes.
• Maintain network security and enterprise security controls within a Zero Trust framework.
• Keep accurate documentation of network configurations, equipment inventory, repairs, and service records.
• Work with the IT Director and IT team on infrastructure improvements and technology initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• Three to five years of related work experience and/or training.
• Experience supporting networks, servers, computer systems, and end users.
• Knowledge of network security, virtualization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
