RealmOne TRIBE is seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to support IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain infrastructure. The role encompasses Unix/Windows environments, routine operations, and user assistance, with escalation processes for complex problems.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of SA experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, and active polygraph clearance. This enterprise contract role emphasizes reliability, capacity planning, and secure, efficient IT operations.

Qualifications

• Five years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Ten years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Fifteen years of SA experience in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Provide support for day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provide escalation communications to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning.
