Job summary

Monin Gourmet Flavorings in Sparks, NV is hiring a Syrup Tech to join a dynamic manufacturing team. You will produce syrups, concentrates, and flavorings, ensuring compliance with GMP, SQF, and FDA guidelines. You will collaborate with QA, R&D and production to maintain quality and consistency.

The role requires strong attention to detail, safety, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, team players, and able to follow recipes and SOPs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet environments
• Willing to learn CIP controls and Navision systems
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Operate and support syrup production to meet Monin quality standards
• Coordinate with QA to retest and discard expired raw materials
• Manage raw material locations and inventory in Navision
• Perform CIP and cleaning duties on batching equipment
• Weigh and stage ingredients for syrup batches
• Maintain cleanliness and follow SQF requirements
• Assist in training and process improvements
