Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC in the United States is seeking a Syrup Blender to manufacture syrup for bottling operations. You will blend concentrates, calculate recipes, and maintain inventory while following GMP practices.

You will also perform lab duties and support a fast-paced, team-driven workplace. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production or technical experience, with forklift certification often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year production or technical experience preferred.
• GMP background preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills, good written and oral communication, and good organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and good hand/eye coordination.
• Must follow established procedures without deviation.
• Fast-paced, team environment experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to work varied hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Blends syrup and prepares raw materials for bottling.
• Converts production case figures to finished gallons for recipe calculations.
• Builds recipes to specifications and maintains inventory.
• Receives concentrates and high fructose corn syrup and tracks lot numbers.
• Performs lab duties and adheres to company rules and safety procedures.
• Maintains workplace cleanliness and performs other duties as assigned.
